HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 054-1987RESOLUTION NO. 54-87 RESOLUTION APPROVING .Variances RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame that; WHEREAS, application has been made for tWO variances for lot coverage and for parking for an addition to a sinqle family residence at 1132 Hamilton L and (APN 025-232-310 > WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on said application on May 26 ,198 7 , at which time said application was approved; WHEREAS, this matter was called Up by Council and a hearing thereon held on June 15 ,1987 NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Council that said variances are approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. It is further directed that a certifed copy of this resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo. g� Mayor I, JUDITH A. Woods and Joan Woods John M. Woods 1132 Hamilton Lane Burlingame, CA 94010 I. that the conditions of the Chief Building Inspector's May 12, 1987 memo and the Fire Marshal's May 15, 1987 memo shall be met; 2. that as built the new addition shall be consistent with the plans submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped April 30, 1987; 3. that before any new construction previous addition to the kitchen parking area shall be brought up Uniform Building Code standards inspection and occupancy permit is begun at this address the which extends into the garage to current Uniform Fire Code and and shall receive a final from the Building Department; and 4. that the remaining space in the garage shall always be used for parking.
