RESOLUTION APPROVING .Variances
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame
that;
WHEREAS, application has been made for tWO variances
for lot coverage and for parking for an addition
to a sinqle family residence
at 1132 Hamilton L
and
(APN 025-232-310 >
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing
on said application on May 26 ,198 7 , at which
time said application was approved;
WHEREAS, this matter was called Up by Council and
a hearing thereon held on June 15 ,1987
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by
this Council that said variances are approved, subject to the
conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certifed copy of this
resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of
San Mateo. g�

Burlingame do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
15th day of June 1987 , and adopted thereafter by
