HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 052-1987that; RESOLUTION NO. 52-87 RESOLUTION APPROVING Parkins Variance RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame WHEREAS, application has been made for a parkins at 723 California Drive (APN 029-053-1 and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on said application on May 26 ,1987 , at which time said application was approved; WHEREAS, this matter was appealed to Council and a hearing thereon held on June 15 ,1987 NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by n this Council that said parkin Ce is approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. It is further directed that a certifed copy of this resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo. Mayor I, JUDITH A. McCabe Merrill Lynch Realty 1021 E1 Camino Real 1111 San Mateo, CA 94402 1. that the conditions of the Fire Marshal's April 27, 1987 memo, the Chief Building Inspector's May 12, 1987 memo and the City Engineer's April 27, 1987 memo shall be met; 2. that a restaurant operating at this location shall be limited to the hours of 5:00 P.M, to 12:00 midnight, Monday through Saturday, with four employees and one catering truck; 3. that the restaurant shall be limited to a maximum of 25 seats and the rear entrance on San Mateo Avenue shall be used only for catering activities and emergency exiting; 4. that any intensification in the operation, hours of operation, size and/or intensity of the restaurant use on this site shall require a review of this variance to parking and the parking variance shall be limited to a restaurant/catering business at this location; 5. that the owner of the property shall assign a minimum of five parking spaces from 5:00 P.M. to 12:00 midnight specifically for the use of this business, these spaces to be marked with appropriate signage; and 6. that this variance shall be reviewed in one year and/or upon complaint.
