RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLARATION
WITH RESPECT TO OVERLAY ZONE
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Burlingame, California that:
WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration has been proposed
regarding the establishment of an overlay zone upon certain
parcels fronting on the west side of Bayshore Highway,
described in Ordinance No. 1379 , which overlay zone would
allow freestanding restaurant use and prohibit freestanding
office use, and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of this Council to
approve said Negative Declaration as set forth hereinafter:
NOW,THEREFORE, it is FOUND, ORDERED AND
DETERMINED that:
On the basis of the Initial Study and any comments
received by the Planning Commission and this Council
it is hereby found that there is no substantial
evidence that the project set forth above will have a
significant effect on the environment, and Negative
Declaration ND -411P is hereby approved. „ /\

I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 7th day of November , 198 8, and adopted
thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: AMSTRUP, BARTON, LEMBI, MANGINI
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: NONE
ABSTAINING: MAYOR PAGLIARO
