RESOLUTION SUPPORTING HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION
PROJECTS
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California as follows:
WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the various highway
projects recommended for use of Federal Aid Urban Funds, as
well as those freeway projects being considered by CALTRANS;
and
Whereas there are projects recommended and supported by
this City Council as being of particular necessity for the
City of Burlingame;
NOW, THEREFORE it is RESOLVED that this City Council
recommends and supports the projects: the revision of the
configuration on the east side Peninsula Interchange with
State Highway 101; the widening of Airport Blvd. from Lang
Road to Coyote Point Drive; the Bayshore Highway on-ramp to
State Highway 101; and the installation of traffic signals at
the intersection of Anza Blvd./Airport Blvd.
I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of Burlin-
game, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
the 17th
day of October , 198 8 and was adopted
thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: AMSTRUP, BARTON, LEMBI, PAGLIARO
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: MANGINI
