CD O N WHEREAS, this Council held a public hearing on said application on October 15, 1990, at which time it is reviewed and considered, the staff report, negative declaration and all other written materials Ma and testimony presented at said hearing and found the request to be 4J in conformance with the General Plan and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Burlingame and applicable state planning law; NOW, Council approved hereto. THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Cit that said negative declaration and condominium permit ar, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attachetij 0 It is further directed that a be recorded in the official records G; certified copy of this resolution of the Cou y of San Mateo.
