RESOLUTION NO. 33-87
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE ABATEMENT OF IMPROPER
SEWER CONNECTIONS IN THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Burlingame on
December 1, 1986, at a regular meeting of said Council, adopted
a resolution declaring certain improper sewer connections upon
private property within said municipality to constitute a public
nuisance; and
WHEREAS, Monday the 6th day of April, 1987, at the hour
of seven -thirty o'clock p.m. of said day, at the City Council
Chambers of the City of Burlingame, located in the City Hall of
said City, was fixed as the time and place when objections to the
proposed abatement of certain improper sewer connections shall
be heard and given due consideration; and
WHEREAS, it appears that notice of said hearing has been
given for the time and in the manner and form provided by law; and
WHEREAS, it appears that all objections to the proposed
abatement of said improper sewer connections were presented and
considered:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Burlingame that the City Engineer of the City of Burlingam
be, and he hereby is, directed to remove, repair or otherwise
correct said improper sewer connections as described in the
Resolution No. 141-86 and Section 15.12.050 of the Burlingame
Municipal Code.
And said City Engineer of said City of Burlingame is here-
by authorized and directed to fix the costs of such work and in
the event of any delinquency of the payment of said costs to
report the same to the City Clerk of the City of Burlingame so
that the costs may be collected in the manner provided by law.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
6th day of April 1987, and was adopted
thereafter by the folloing vote:
