RESOLUTION NO. 82-88
RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PERMIT
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame that:
WHEREAS, application has been made for a special permit
for conversion of 495 SF of warehouse space to office use
at 1606-1610 Rollins Road lAPN 025-262-180
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on
said application on July 11 1988, at which time said
application was approved;
WHEREAS, this matter was called up by Council and a
hearing thereon held on August 15 , 1968, at which time
it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written
materials and testimony presented at said hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this
Council that said special permit is approved, subject to the
conditions set .forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certified copy of this
resolution be recorded in the official records_ pf the County Qf San
Mateo.

do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 15th day of
August 1988, and adopted thereafter by the following
vote:

Conditions of approval, special

(effective August 16, 1988)

1. that the 495 SF conversion of warehouse to office use shall
not commence until the on-site parking area has been repaved
and striped as shown on the plans submitted to the Planning
Department and date stamped June 10, 1988 as amended July 1,
1988;
2. that the additional area converted from warehouse to office
shall conform to the plans submitted to the Planning
Department and date stamped June 10, 1988 as amended July 1,
1988 and shall meet all the requirements of the Uniform
Building and Uniform Fire Codes; and
3. that the partition wall creating the 495 SF office area in
the warehouse shall be removed in five years (1993) at the
end of the present tenant's lease.
