AWARDING CONTRACT
SKYLINE BIKE LANE
CITY JOB #,505
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation for bids
for the Skyline Bike Lane, City Job #505; and
WHEREAS, on January 22, 1987 , all bids received were opened
before the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, R. J. Bragato Paving and Grading submitted
the lowest bid for the job in the amount of $49,427.74 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED, that the
bid of R. J. Bra ato Paving and Grading for said Job #505
in the amount of $ 9,427.74 be, and the same hereby is accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the
successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for
the performance of said work, and that the City Manager be, and he hereby
is authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said
contract and to approve the faithful performance bond and the labor and
materials bond required to be furnished by the contractor.

certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 2nd day of February ,198 7 , and
was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
