HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 013-1987that; RESOLUTION NO. 13-87 RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PERMIT RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame WHEREAS, application has been made for a special permit installation of a satellite dish antenna 1501 Bayshore Highway (APN 026-321-440 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on said application on January 12 ,1987 , at which time said application was approved; WHEREAS, this matter was called up by Council and a hearing thereon held on February 2 ,198 7 NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETER•1INED by this Council that said special permit is approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. It is further directed that a certifed copy of this resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo. I, JUDITH A.
