HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 012-1987that; RESOLUTION NO. 12-87 RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PEW41T RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame WHEREAS, application has been made for a special permit hold agent training sessions as a part of a al services office use 1501 Bayshore Highway (APN 026-321-440 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on said application on January 12 ,198 7 , at which time said application was approved; WHEREAS, this matter was called up by Council and a hearing thereon held on February 2 ,1987 _ NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by Council that said special permit is approved, subject to the Mateo. set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. It is further directed that a certifed copy of this be recorded in the official records of the County of Mayor I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 2ndday of February ,1987 , and adopted thereafter by the following vote: AYES: ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: BARTON, LEMBI, MANGINI, PAGLIARO COUNCIL14EN: AMSTRUP COUNCILMEN: NONE Conditions of approval, special permit (classroom use), 1501 Bay! Highway (effective February 3, 1'. Property owner: Mahler Investors, Ltd. 1050 Ralston Avenue Belmont, CA 94002 1. that the conditions shall be met; EXHIBIT "A" )f the City Engineer's December 2, 1986 memo 2. that the classroom use shall be limited to a maximum of 30 people week nights (Monday through Friday) between 7:00 P.M. and 9:30 P.M. and all day on Saturday, and to the office area of 2,208 SF in 1501 Bayshore Highway; 3. that classes shall not be held on the site more than three evenings per week and Saturday, and full time company employees on site shall be limited to ive; 4. that any changes in mployees, training schedules, the number of persons being traine or any other aspect of this use shall require an amendment to this use permit; and 5. that this use permitlshall be reviewed for compliance with its conditions in four m nths time (June, 1987) and in one year thereafter.
