RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PEW41T
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame
WHEREAS, application has been made for a special permit
hold agent training sessions as a part of a
al services office use
1501 Bayshore Highway (APN 026-321-440
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing
on said application on January 12 ,198 7 , at which
time said application was approved;
WHEREAS, this matter was called up by Council and
a hearing thereon held on February 2 ,1987 _
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by
Council that said special permit is approved, subject to the
Mateo.

It is further directed that a certifed copy of this
be recorded in the official records of the County of

Burlingame do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was

shall be met;

2. that the classroom use shall be limited to a maximum of 30 people
week nights (Monday through Friday) between 7:00 P.M. and 9:30 P.M.
and all day on Saturday, and to the office area of 2,208 SF in
1501 Bayshore Highway;
3. that classes shall not be held on the site more than three evenings
per week and Saturday, and full time company employees on site
shall be limited to ive;
4. that any changes in mployees, training schedules, the number of
persons being traine or any other aspect of this use shall require
an amendment to this use permit; and
5. that this use permitlshall be reviewed for compliance with its
conditions in four m nths time (June, 1987) and in one year
thereafter.
