RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PERMIT
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame
WHEREAS, application has been made for a special permit
for classroom use
at 1308 Bayshore Highway, Suite 101 IAPN 026-113-480
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing
on said application on January 12 ,198 7 , at which
time said application was approved;
WHEREAS, this matter was Uai ICU up Uy wun�ii and
a hearing thereon held on February 2 ,1987
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by
this Council that said special permit is approved, subject to the
conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certifed copy of this
resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of
San Mateo.

1. that the classroom
area identified in
EXHIBIT "A"
of this site shall be limited to a 740 SF

2. that the classroom use shall be limited to 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon
and 7:00 P.M. to 9:0 P.M. Monday through Thursday, there shall be
no classes on Friday after 6:30 P.M. and no classes on Sunday,
classes will be allo ed on Saturday morning, with a maximum class
size of 20 students during the day and 15 students in the evening;
3. that any changes in he class size, hours of classroom use, or size
of leased area shall require an amendment to this use permit; and
4. that this use permit shall be reviewed for compliance with its
conditions in one ye r (February, 1988) and shall expire in three
years time (February 1990).
