HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 066-1988RESOLUTION NO. 66-88 AUTHORIZING DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS, DOCUMENTS AND PAPERS WHEREAS, Section 34090 of the Government Code of the State of California provides that with the approval of the legislative body by resolution, and with the consent of the City Attorney, the head of a city department may, with certain exceptions, destroy any city record, document, instrument, book or paper not less than two (2) years old, without making a copy thereof, and after the same is no longer required and: WHEREAS, the City Clerk has recommended the desctruction of certain records, more particularly described below: NOW THERFORE, the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, does hereby RESOLVE AND DETERMINE as follows: Pursuant to Section 34090 of the California Government Code, the City Clerk of this City be, and is hereby authorized to destroy the following records, documents and papers in the possession of their office and which are more than two (2) years old.
