RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PERMIT
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame
ithat;
WHEREAS, application has been made for a special permit
an insurance office at the Adeline Market complex

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing
on said application on December 8 ,198 6 , at which
time said application was approved;
WHEREAS, this matter was called up by Council and
a hearing thereon held on January 19 .1987
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by
this Council that said special permit is approved, subject to the
conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certifed copy of this
resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of
San Mateo.

Burlingame do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
19th day of January ,1987 , and adopted thereafter by
