HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 095-1990RESOLUTION NO. 95-90 RESOLUTION APPROVING ANNEXATION LAND OF O'CONNOR RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME, that WHEREAS, a proposal for annexation of certain unincorporated territory to the City of Burlingame was heretofore filed with and heard by the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of San Mateo; and WHEREAS, said Commission at its meeting of June 20, 1990, approved said annexation and providing that further proceedings may be held without notice, hearing or election pursuant to Government Code Section 56837; and WHEREAS, the City of Burlingame has been requested to approve said annexation; NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED AND DETERMINED that, 1. That area, the boundaries of which are set forth in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and by reference incorporated herein, is approved for annexation to the City of Burlingame. 2. Said area shall be designated the Lands of O'Connor. 3. The territory described in EXHIBIT A shall be removed from the Burlingame Hills Sewer Maintenance District and service extended thereto by the City of Burlingame. 4. Said area shall be annexed without notice, hearing or election. 5. The subject area will not be taxed for any existing bonded indebtedness or contractual obligation of the City of Burlingame. 6. The City Clerk shall transmit to the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of San Mateo six certified copies of this resolution. A 111/ EN, WIPWO);i I, JUDITH A.
