HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 060-1989RECCRDING REQUESTED BY Rm(z0 RESOLUTION NO. 60-89 CITY CLERK CITY OF BURLINGAME 501PR114ROSEROAD RESOLUTION APPROVING PARKING VARIANCE BURLINGAMIE CA 94010 RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame that: WHEREAS, application has been made for variance for declining height envelope and parking for a second story addition at 2108 Adeline Drive (APN-027-141-160) and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on said application on April 24, 1989, at which time said application for a parking variance was approved, and for a variance from the declining height envelope was denied. J WHEREAS, this matter was appealed to City Council .i� and a hearing thereon held on May 15, 1989, at which time C it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Council that said variances for parking is approved as requested, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and the variance from the declining height envelope is denied._ It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo. Galindo 2108 Adeline Drive Burlingame, CA 94010 1. that the partition wall constructed down the middle of the existing garage shall be removed and the corrections noted in the August 20, 1986 memo by Bob Brown shall be made within 90 days (August 15, 1989) or plans shall be submitted for a building permit for demolition and rebuilding of the garage; and 2. that the garage shall be used for m 9 g parking purposes only and CD no part of the garage shall be used for living purposes.
