HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 059-1989RECORDING REQUESTED BY RE -70 R N TO CITY CLERK CITY OF BURLINGAME 501 PRIMROSE ROAD BURLItl CA 94010 8906 7421 RECORDED Al REQUEST OF MAY 24 10 36 AM '89 Rl H S1,-' ,VIu r;; RESOLUTION NO 59-89 RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame that: WHEREAS, application has been made for a variance for parking for a fourth bedroom addition at 2112 Hillside Drive (APN 027-164-090 and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on said application on April 10 1989 at which time said application was denied; WHEREAS, this matter was appealed to City Council and a hearing thereon held on May 15 1989 at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Council that said variance is approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo. .uv I, JUDITH A.
