AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT FOR OLDER ADULTS
MATERIALS COLLECTION DEVELOPMENT
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER and DETERMINE
as follows:
1. The public interest and convenience require the
acceptance of the grant cited in the title above.
2. The City Librarian be, and she is hereby authorized to
accept said grant and take appropriate action under its terms for and
on behalf of the City of Burlingame.

I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 4th day of April
1988, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: AMSTRUP, BARTON, LEMBI, MANGINI
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
