HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 026-1988that; RESOLUTION NO. 26-88 RESOLUTION APPROVING Variance RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame WHEREAS, application has been made for a Variance low a camper too to be narked in the frnnt ingame Avenue (APN 029-173-150 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on said application on February 22 ,198 8 , at which time said application wasX 7 X)(aX denied; WHEREAS, this matter was appealed to Council and a hearing thereon held on March 21 ,198 8 NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Council that said Variance is approved, subject to the set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. It is further directed that a certifed copy of this ution be recorded in the Mateo. I, JUDITH A.
