RESOLUTION NO. 26-88
RESOLUTION APPROVING Variance
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame
WHEREAS, application has been made for a Variance

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing
on said application on February 22 ,198 8 , at which

WHEREAS, this matter was appealed to Council and

NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by
this Council that said Variance is approved, subject to the
set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certifed copy of this
ution be recorded in the
Mateo.

1. that the camper shell/top shall be parked in an 8' x 14,
area within the front setback, no closer to the front
property line than 3.51 and so that it leaves a minimum of
11, of driveway clear from the street to the garage door;
and
2. that this variance shall expire in two years (March,
1990).
