HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 109-1991y RECORDED AT REQUEST OF AND RETURN TO 6� ©r &/z i11e" RESOLUTION NO. 109-91 Q� 1&r6 - ' RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES ?�0/O RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame that: WHEREAS, application has been made for Parking dimension and lot coverage variances at 2845 Mariposa Drive (APN 025-073-150) (Property owner: Kuang-Hui & Wi Nina Lee 395 Vallejo Drive #36 Millbrae. CA 94030); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on said application on October 15 , 1991 at which time said application was denied without prejudice; and WHEREAS, this matter was appealed to City Council and to hearings thereon held on November 4. 1991 and _December 2. 1991 at ►~+ which times it reviewed and considered the staff reports and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearings; W W NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Council that said variance to parking dimension is approved subject to the condition set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and said variance to lot coverage is approved subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "B" attached hereto. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in the official recothe County of San Mateo. �3d'0R I, JUDITH A. POOR RECORD IS DUE TO QUALITY OF ORIGINP.L DOCU EXHIBIT "B" Conditions of approval, lot coverage variance, 2845 Mariposa Drive (effective December 3, 1991) 1. that the project shall be built in conformance with the plans submitted to the Planning Department and date stamped November 18, 1991 with maximum roof elevation of 216.2' on the main ridge, 213.9' on the new dormer at the front of the structure and. 211.0' on the garage; 2. that all framing for the roofs and ridges shall be surveyed and the survey approved by the City Engineer before any roofing material is attached; to, W 3. that the roofing material shall be of nonreflective material and 01 the material shall be approved by the Chief Building Inspector and City Planner prior to being attached; W W 4. that the conditions of the City Engineer's memo of September 16, 1991 shall be met; and 5. that the project shall conform to all the requirements of the Uniform Building Code and Uniform Fire Code as amended by the City of Burlingame.
