AWARDING CONTRACT
DONNELLY AVENUE STREET LIGHTING PROJECT
CITY JOB NO. 627
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation
for bids for the Donnelly Avenue Street Lighting Project, City
Job No. 627; and
WHEREAS, on February 2, 1988, all bids received were
opened before the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works;
and
WHEREAS, Wingard Engineering of Fremont submitted the
lowest bid for the job in the amount of $3,639.90;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED,
that the bid of Wingard Engineering of Fremont for said
project in the amount of $3,639.90 be, and the same hereby is
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into
between the successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the
City of Burlingame for the performance of said work, and that
the City Manager be, and he hereby is authorized for and on
behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said contract and
to approve the faithful performance bond and the labor and
materials bond required to be furnished by the contractor.

I, Judy Malfatti, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 16th
day of February , 1988 , and was adopted thereafter by the
following vote:
