That the following findings of fact are made regarding said application: (a) The application of Kenneth Morando and Ronald Mafrici is for four variances to allow the construction of a three unit apartment building at 910 Howard Avenue. (b) The exceptional and extraordinary circumstances and conditions applicable to the property involved that do not apply generally to other properties in the district are that the subject lot is quite narrow, the property uses in the immediate area are mixed and varied, and this proposal provides appropriate infill; and the granting of the variances is therefore necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of a substantial property right and to prevent unreasonable hardship. 2. The granting of the variances applied for will be in the interests of the health and welfare of the persons using said property, of the City of Burlingame, and, subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, will be in conformity with reasonable and orderly use of the property. 3. The decision of the Planning Commission is hereby reversed and the four variances to allow the construction of a three unit apartment building at 910 Howard Avenue are approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. 4. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo. I, JUDITH A.
