AMENDING RESOLUTION 82-86 FORDING
FORMING DONNELLY AVENUE UNDERGROUND DI
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME
as follows:
WHEREAS, on July 21, 1986 this Council adopted Resolution
82-86 forming Underground Utility District $7 in the vicinity of
Donnelly Avenue, and
WHEREAS, said Resolution established December 31, 1986 as
the date on which affected property owners must be ready to receiv,
underground service, and
WHEREAS, due to delays in obtaining easements, construction
did not commence until October 1987,and the date for property
owners to receive service should therefore be amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, Resolution 82-86 of this Council is hereby
amended to provide that the date upon which affected property
owners must be ready to receive underground service shall be
April 1, 1988 and the removal of all poles, overhead wires and
associated overhead structures and the underground installation
of wires and facilities for supplying electric communication or
similar associated service within said district shall take place
on or before May 1, 1988.
In all other respects said Resolution 82-86 shall remain in
full force and effect. All affected property owners shall be
notified in writing of the changes in dates
as hereinabove set
forth. / d
I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
18th day of January 1986, and adopted thereafter by
the following vote:
