AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF CALIFORNIA
(PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NOS. 008 & 009 TO LOCAL AGENCY - STATE
AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL AID PROJECTS NO. 04-1614)
BE IT RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Burlingame, County of San Mateo, State of California, that it
hereby approves the agreement relating to Program supplement
Nos. 008 & 009 to Local Agency - State Agreement No. 5171 for
funding Federal Aid Projects. This project is designated
earthquake damage emergency repair Project No. ER -1614(001) &
ER -1614(002) for the intersection of California Drive and
Broadway; and for Bayshore Highway at Marriott and 1550
Rollins Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is author-
ized and directed to sign said agreement.

the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing
resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 21st day of May 1990,
and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
