HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 103-1992that: RESOLUTION NO. 103-92 AWARDING CONTRACT FOR RENOVATION OF BURLINGAME BUS DEPOT - CITY PROJECT NO. 9027 RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME, WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation for bids for the renovation of the Burlingame Bus Depot and, WHEREAS, on November 10, 1992, all bids received were opened before the City Clerk and representatives of the Director of Public Works; and WHEREAS, Marshall Construction, Inc. submitted the lowest bid for the job in the amount of $81,500; and WHEREAS, I.P.G. Builders, Inc. has protested the bid of Marshall Construction, Inc. on the basis of said bidder to submit the addendum with the bid documents: NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED, that the bid of Marshall Construction, Inc. for said project in the amount of $81,500 be and the same hereby is accepted and the protest of I.B.G. Builders, Inc. is rejected; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into between the successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City of Burlingame for the performance of said work, and that the City Manager be and he hereby is authorized for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said contract and to approve the faithful performance bond and the labor and materials bond required to be furnished by the contractor. 0'.1t MAYOR I, JUDITH A.
