ACCEPTING EASEMENT FOR WATER UTILITY PURPOSES

RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California that it does hereby accept that Certain Deed of Easement
for water utility purposes executed by the above persons on
the date set forth above, and that the same be recorded in the
office of the County Recorder of tY
California.
I, JUDITH A.MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
2nd day of November 1992, and was adopted thereafter
by the following vote:

GRANT OF EASEMENT
Hilda E. Condit, Raymond S. Alger and Barbara A. Alger,
hereinafter called Grantor(s), in consideration of value
received, the adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
grant(s) to the CITY OF BURLINGAME, a municipal corporation of
the State of California, herein called Grantee, a perpetual
easement and right of way to excavate, install, replace (of
the initial or any other size), maintain, repair and use such
water and utility facilities, together with appurtenances,
thereto, as Grantee(s) shall from time to time elect within
all or any part of the hereinafter described property situate
in the County of San Mateo, State of California, more par-
ticularly described as follows:
Easement One
Beginning at a point in the Southwesterly line of the State Highway commonly
known as Skyline Boulevard, at the most Northerly corner of a strip of land 10 feet
wide, said strip of land having been deeded to San Mateo County, as' shown on
the map entitled 'TRACT NO. 522 SKYLINE MANOR SAN MATED COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA", which map was filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of
San Mateo, State of California on September 12, 1939 in Book 22 of Maps at
page 25, running thence from said point of beginning, on and along said..
Southwesterly line of Skyline Boulevard North 34 degrees 12' West 131.32 feet
thence on the arc of curve to the right, tangent to the preceeding course said
curve having a radius of 1940.00 feet, a central angle of 6 degrees 17' and an arc
length of 212.75 feet and North 27 degrees 55' West 97.49 feet to the true point of
beginning of easement one. This public utility easement is 20 feet wide and its
centerline proceeds South 62 degrees 16' 21" West 134.43 feet then South 52
degrees 25' 1U' West 160.00 feet to the Intersection with public utility easement
two.
Easement Two
The centerline of this 20.00 foot wide public utility easement begins at Loma
Vista Drive 173.97 feet South 48 degrees 48' West from the above mentioned
Skyline Manor starting point for public utility easement one and proceeds to the
intersection with public utility easement one by a series of line segments and arcs
tangentially connected. These segments and arcs are tabulated below:
Line North 23 degrees 37' 34" West for 8.06 feet then
Line North 22 degrees 23' 48" West for 17.86 feet then
Line North 19 degrees 05' 31" West for 93.03 feet then
Line North 22 degrees 26' 52" West for 70.53 feet then
To the left 145.17 feet along a 110 foot radius arc with a central
angle of 75 degrees 36' 53" then
Line South 81 degrees 56' 15" West for 6.36 feet then
To the right 94.15 feet along a 134 foot radius arc with a central
angle of 40 degrees 15' 2T' then
A non -tangent line North 42 degrees 23' 52" West for 93.55± feet
to a point within public utility easement one.
