HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 007-1989RESOLUTION NO. 7-89 RESOLUTION APPROVING SIGN EXCEPTIONS RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame that: WHEREAS, application has been made for sign exceptions for a sign program for Mike Harvey Acura at 1070 Broadway (ApN 026-131-150/140/130 and 1 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on said application on December 12 , 1988, at which time said application was approved; WHEREAS, this matter was called up by Council and a hearing thereon held on January 18 , 1989 , at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Council that said sign exceptions are approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo. C-' Mayor I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 18th day of _January 1989, and adopted thereafter by the following vote: AYES: COUNCILMEN: AMSTRUP, BARTON, LEMBI, MANGINI NOES: COUNCILMEN: PAGLIARO ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: NONE i EXHIBIT "A" Conditions of approval, sign exceptions for a sign program, 1070 Broadway (effective January 19, 1989) Property owners: Michael R. & Krystyna M.
