AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH SAN MATEO COUNTY
TRANSIT DISTRICT FOR CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES
INTERCONNECTION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS ON EL CAMINO REAL
BE IT RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Burlingame, County of San Mateo, State of California, that it
hereby approves the agreement with the San Mateo County
Transit District for construction administration services for
interconnection of traffic signals on E1 Camino Real.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized and
directed to sign said agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Burlingame, County of San Mateo, State of California, on
OCTOBER 19 1992------------------ by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: HARRISON, KNIGHT, LEMBI, O'MAHONY, PAGLIARO
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed
this AGREEMENT on the day and year first above written.
