Agreeing to Participate in Crossing Gate Improvements -
California Drive -Broadway Project
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF
BURLINGAME, that:
WHEREAS, the City is currently engaged in
improvements of the California Drive -Broadway intersection,
which include the replacement of crossing gates upon the
Southern Pacific Railroad crossing, and
WHEREAS, the City has been asked to contribute to
the costs of said gate replacement as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND
DETERMINED, that the City of Burlingame agrees to pay ten
percent of the cost of the replacement of the crossing gates
at the California Drive -Broadway crossing of the Southern
Pacific Railroad, not to exceed $12,000.

the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing
resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 2nd day of April 1990,
and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
