AWARDING CONTRACT - WASHINGTON PARK IRRIGATION
CITY PROJECT 9215
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF
BURLINGAME, that;
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation
for bids for the WASHINGTON PARK IRRIGATION , PROJECT #9215 and
WHEREAS, on October 13, 1992, all bids received were
opened before the City Clerk and the Director of Parks; and
WHEREAS, B & K LANDSCAPING, INC., submitted the lowest
bid for the job in the amount of $31,953;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby
ORDERED, that the bid of B & K LANDSCAPING, INC. for said amount of
$31,953, be and the same is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a contract be entered into
between the successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City
of Burlingame for the performance of said work, and that the City
Manager be, and he hereby is authorized for and on behalf of the
City of Burlingame to execute said contract and to approve the
faithful performance bond and the labor apdr,ials bond required
to be furnished by the,contractor.
I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
19th day of OCTOBER , 1992, and was adopted
thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: HARRISON, KNIGHT, LEMBI, O'MAHONY, PAGLIARO
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
