BURLINGAME AVENUE PAVER BLOCKS
CITY PROJECT NO. 9213
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation
for bids for the BURLINGAME AVENUE PAVER BLOCKS; and
WHEREAS, on SEPTEMBER 30, 1992, three bids were received
and opened before the City Clerk and representatives of the
Public Works Department; and
WHEREAS, AMBO ENGINEERNG, INC. of Union City submitted
the lowest bid for the job in the amount of $21,623.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED,
that the bid of AMBO ENGINEERING, INC. for said PROJECT in the
amount of $21,623.00 be, and the same hereby is accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered into
between the successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the
City of Burlingame for the performance of said work, and that
the City Manager be, and he hereby is authorized for and on
behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said contract and
to approve the faithful performance bond and the labor and
materials bond required to be furnished by the contractor.
I, Judith A. Malfatti, City Clerk of the City of Burlin-
game, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
the 5th day of October , 1992, and was adopted
thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: HARRISON, KNIGHT, O'MAHONY, PAGLIARO
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
