HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 051-1991RESOLUTION NO. 51-91 RESOLUTION APPROVING SIGN EXCEPTION AMENDMENT RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame that: WHEREAS, application has been made for a sign exception amendment to allow a bayfront parapet sign at 1800 Bayshore Highway (APN 024-380-080 ). (property owner: Mutual Benefit/Marriott Associates -II, L.P., 290 Westminster St., Providence, RI 02903); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on said application on April 22 1991 at which time said application was denied; WHEREAS, this matter was appealed to CitV Council and a hearing thereon held on May 20, 1 1991 , at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Council that said sign exception amendment is approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo. !� MAYOR I, JUDITH A.
