RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES ON CITY
CHECKS & DRAFTS
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME that:
Funds of this City shall be deposited in Bank of America
subject to the terms of the signature card, rules of the Bank,
including all amendments or additions thereto, all applicable laws
and regulations and practices of the Bank in force from time to
time, and all service charges now or hereafter established and:
That the following persons be and they are hereby authorized
to sign checks, drafts or other orders for and on behalf of the
City; the signature of one of said persons shall be required for
checks, drafts or other order under $5,000; the signatures of two
of said persons shall be required for checks, drafts, or other
orders over $5,000:
#1 Karin Mills #4 Judith A. Malfatti
#2 Dennis Argyres #5 Linda Freitas
#3 Rahn Becker #6 Linda Lee
#7 Elizabeth A. Whittemore
That each of them be and is hereby authorized to endorse
checks, drafts and other orders for and on behalf of this city for
deposit, enchashment or otherwise, and said Bank is hereby
authorized to honor and pay on account any and all checks, drafts
or other orders signed and/or endorsed in accordance herewith, or
if presented unendorsed for deposit to this account, to supply the
required endorsement.

The City agrees that any sums at anytime in this account shall
be subject to right of offset for liabilities of the City to said
Bank to the extent legally permissible, and agrees further to pay
said Bank on demand the amount of overdrafts on said account and
of Bank of America current schedule of account fees and rates.
RESOLVED further, that Bank is authorized to: Hold all
statements and vouchers until called for. If not call for within
thirty (30) days, Bank is authorized to mail statements.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 6th day of
DECEMBER 1993, and was adopted thereafter by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: HARRISON, KNIGHT, O'MAHONY, PAGLIARO, SPINELLI
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
