ACCEPTING EASEMENT FOR PEDESTRIAN ACCESS & SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS

RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California that it does hereby accept that Certain Deed of Easement
for pedestriann access & sidewalk improvements executed by the
above persons on the date set forth above, and that the same be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San
Mateo, California.
I, JUDITH A.MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
3rd day of August , 1992, and was adopted thereafter
by the following vote:

DEED OF PEDESTRIAN EASEMENT
Wai Chun Chu, as Trustee of the Wai Chun Chu Trust,.,
George Ng and Eeslene Ng, and Charles Chung-lai Nip and Patricia M.
Nip as Trustees of the Nip Trust, hereby grant to the City of
Burlingame, a municipal corporation, an easement on, over along and
in those certain parcels of real property situate, lying and being
in the City of Burlingame, County of San Mateo, State of
California, more particularly described as follows:
Starting from the northeast corner of Lot 8, Block 5, as designated
on the Map entitled "ANZA AIRPORT PARK, UNIT NO.711, recorded in the
office of the. County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of
California on January 5, 1979, in Book 98,.Pages 90, 91 and 92 of
Maps (AP1026-344-040); then following the northerly property line of
said Lot 8 along a curve with a radius of 643.50 feet for 15 feet in
a generally westerly direction, this point becoming the point of the
beginning of the new Pedestrian Easement; thence continuing along the
same curved property line with the radius of 643.50 feet for another
distance of 90.00 feet; thence turning 90 degrees in a generally
southerly direction following the ektansion of the radius of said
curve with 643.50 feet radius for a distance of 5.00 feet; then
turning into a generally easterly direction following a curve with
648.50 feet radius (thus being parallel in 5.00 feet distance with
the previous curve with the 643.50 feet radius) for a distance of
90.71 feet; thence turning 90 degrees in a generally northerly,
direction following the radius of the 648.50 feet radius curve for a
distance of 5.00 feet, thus returning to the point of the beginning
of the new Pedestrian Easement. .
to have and to hold for the purpose of ingress and egress by
pedestrians for crossing the vehicle entrance/exit for adjacent
properties and for such sidewalk and other improvements which may
be necessary thereto. The area of said easement is presently
designated as a part of a continuous 5.00 feet wide public utility
easement.
