THORIZING EXECUTION OF REAL PROPERTY CONTRA

RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Burlingame, California that it does hereby accept that
certain Grant Deed executed by Mr. and Mrs. D. Tateosian,
dated January 30, 1990, and that certain Quitclaim Deed
executed by Burlingame Auto Management Inc., dated January
31, 1990, and that the same be recorded in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is
authorized to execute the Real Property Contract for said
property, and the Clerk shall attest s sign ure ereto.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held
on the 5th day of February , 1990, and was
adopted thereafter by the following vote:
