ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS - CITY PROJECT NO. 415B
AND DELETING CITY PROJECT NO. 415A
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California, and this Council does hereby find, order and
determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has
certified work done by SATTERFIELD GENERAL ENGINEER-
ING CONTRACTORS, under the terms of its contract
with the City dated AUGUST 20, 1990, has been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifi-
cations approved by the City Council and to the
satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.
3. It is further directed that City Project No. 415A is
hereby deleted and canceled.

I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of Burlin-
game, certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 15th day
of April , 1991, and was adopted thereafter by the
following vote:
