HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 067-1992RESOLUTION NO. 67-92 RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE AND HILLSIDE AREA CONSTRUCTION PERMIT RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame that: WHEREAS, application has been made for a rear setback variance and hillside area construction Permit for a deck extension at 2606 Summit Drive (APN 027-271-100 ) (Property owner Estate of William G Walker. c/o John Goldberg Administrator, 133 Starview Way, San Francisco CA 94131); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on said application on July 13 1 1992 , at which time said application was denied without prejudice; WHEREAS, this matter was appealed to City Council and a hearing thereon held on August 3 , 1992 , at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Council that said application is approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in the official records a County of San Mateo. / _ I, JUDITH A.
