RESOLUTION APPROVING MASTER SIGN PROGRAM AMENDMENT
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame that:
WHEREAS, application has been made for an amendment to the
master signage program for a change in message timing on an electronic
message sign at 1070 Broadway (APN 026-131-200), (Property
owner: Michael R. & Krystyna M. Harvey, P. O. Box 943, Burlingame, CA
94011 ); and
WHEREAS, this matter was heard by the City Council of the
City of Burlingame on November 1, 1993 , at which time it
reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written
materials and testimony presented at said hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this
Council that:
Said master sign program amendment is approved, subject to the
conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Findings for such
approval are as set forth in the minutes and recording of said meeting.
It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution be
recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo.
