RECORDING REQUESTED BY RESOLUTION APPROVING CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION AND HEIGHT VARIANCE

CITY OF E.!?LIN A.M E RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame that:

BURLINGAPAE CA 94010 WHEREAS, a categorical exemption has been proposed and application
has been made for a height variance for a new single family dwelling
at 1369 Bernal Avenue (APN 026-058-040 ); fnrooerty owner:
Patrick O'Connor. 1509 Drake Avenue, Burlingame. CA 94010 ); and
WHEREAS, said matters were heard by the City Council of the City of
Burlingame on October 4. 1993 , at which time it reviewed and
considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony
presented at said hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Council that:
1. On the basis of the Initial Study and the documents submitted
and reviewed, and comments received and addressed by this council, it is
hereby found that there is no substantial evidence that the project set
forth above will have a significant effect on the environment, and a
categorical exemption, Sec. 15303 - New construction or conversion of
small structures Class 3(a), is hereby approved.
2. Said variance is approved subject to the conditions set forth
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Findings for such variance are as set
forth in the minutes and recording of said meeting.
3. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution
be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo.

hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 4th day of. October

EXHIBIT "A"
Conditions of approval, height
variance, 1369 Bernal Avenue
(effective October 5, 1993)
1. that the project shall be built as shown on the plans submitted to
the Planning Department and date stamped September 14, 1993,
Sheets 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, except that the chimney shall be moved cn
interior to the living room; W
2. that the highest point of the roof ridge shall be no greater than 00
35'-9" from average top of curb (elevation 62.1751) and that the --
roof ridge shall be surveyed and the survey approved by the City V
Engineer prior to framing inspection; Q�
3. that the comments in the City Engineer's memo (April 12, 1993)
shall be met and his concerns satisfied prior to the issuance of
a building permit; and
4. that the project shall meet all Uniform Building and Uniform Fire
Code requirements as amended by the City of Burlingame.
