ESTABLISHING FEE SCHEDULE FOR PLANNING COMMISSION
APPLICATIONS. PERMITS AND PLAN CHECKS
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF
BURLINGAME, California, that:
WHEREAS, various provisions of the Burlingame Municipal
Code provide for fees to be established by resolution of this
Council for applications and permits pertaining to matters to be
considered by the Planning Commission and for plan review by the
Planning Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, the following fee schedule is established
for the applications, permits, and other actions hereinafter set
forth, said fees to supQrcede those established in all prior
resolutions:

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
20th day of February 1991, and was adopted thereafter
by the following vote:
