CHULA VISTA PARKING LOT PHASE 2, LOT INSTALLATION
CITY PROJECT NO. 9205
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation for
bids for the CHULA VISTA PARKING LOT PHASE 2, LOT INSTALLATION,
City Project No. (9)205; and
WHEREAS, on AUGUST 9, 1994, all bids were received and opened
before the City Clerk and representatives of the Public Works
Department; and
WHEREAS, SATTERFIELD CO., LTD. submitted the lowest bid for
the job in the amount of $67,571.11;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED, that
the Plans and Specifications, including all addenda, are approved
and adopted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that
for said project in the amount
hereby is accepted; and
the bid of SATTERFIELD CO., LTD.
of $67,571.11 be, and the same
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THERETO that a contract be entered into
between the successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the City
of Burlingame for the performance of said work, and that the City
Manager be, and he hereby is authorized for and on behalf of the
City of Burlingame to execute said contract and to approve the
faithful performance bond and the labor and materials bond required
to be furnished by the contractor.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 15th day of
AUGUST 1994, and was adopted thereafter by the following
vote:
