BURLINGAME CA 94010
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame that:
WHEREAS, application has been made for a parking variance
in front yard setback for an existing 20' x 10' parking stall
at 1617 Chapin Avenue (APN 028-284-060) and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on
said application on December 10 , 1990 at which
time said application was denied;
WHEREAS, this matter was appealed to City Council and a
hearing thereon held on January 23 F 1991 , at which
time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other
written materials and testimony presented at said hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this
Council that said parking variance is approved, subject to the
conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
It is further directed that a certified copy of this
resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San
Mateo.

do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 23rd day of
January , 1991 , and adopted thereafter by the following
vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE

the Planning Department and date stamped November 15, 1990;
that the parking area shall meet all Uniform Building and Fire
Code requirements as amended by the City of Burlingame; and
that the property owner shall install and maintain a vegetative
screen around the 10, x 20, parking space in the front setback.
