HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 066-1994CITY OF BURLINGAME RESOLUTION # 66-94 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN THE APPLICATIONS FOR FEDERAL & STATE TRANSPORTATION PROGRAMS This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to file an application for Federal Surface Transportation Program or Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program funding for $154,000 to coordinate the traffic signals along Broadway to include California Drive, Carolan Avenue and Rollins Road. The project would include microwave equipment, cameras, and a computer system in City Hall. The Resolution commits the necessary local match for the project and also states the assurance of the City of Burlingame to complete the project. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed to attest such signatures. MAYOR I, Judith A. Malfatti, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 15th day of AUGUST 1994, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote: AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: HARRISON, KNIGHT, O'MAHONY, PAGLIARO, SPINELLI NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE i City Clerk
