HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 002-1991RESOLUTION NO 2 - 91 RESOLUTION FIXING ASSESSMENTS FOR SIDEWALK REPAIRS CITY JOB NO. 825-B WHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed with the City Clerk a report of the cost of sidewalk repairs performed by the City pursuant to the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California and the ordinance of the City of Burlingame; and WHEREAS, appropriate notices have been given to each property owner allowing them to perform the work in lieu of City construction; and WHEREAS, the owners of the property set forth on EXHIBIT A attached hereto have not responded, and the City therefore has performed the sidewalk repairs on their behalf; NOW, THEREFORE, it is FOUND, DETERMINED AND ORDERED, as follows: 1. The assessments and liens set forth on EXHIBIT A attached hereto are hereby confirmed. 2. The costs of sidewalk repairs set forth in EXHIBIT A constitute 'a special assessment against each parcel and is a lien on the parcel. 3. The City Clerk is directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the County Tax Collector and the County Auditor. The County Auditor is requested to enter the assessment upon the County Tax Roll and collect the total amount of the assessment in the time and manner as other ordinary taxes. I, Judith A. Zietz same Rt` agA) 1-'q * RECORDING REQUESTED BY CITY CLERK CITY OF BURLINGAME 501 PRIiy ROSE ROAD BURLINGAME CA 94010 6;P.,ix ffi.r'r'i rt ..•.w PSa` �te3 in my {'sxa P pO 4- Ci dark of vire ci.y of RESOLUTION NO. 1-91 RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame that: WHEREAS, application has been made for a variance to side yard setback for an existing carport at 120 Bancroft Road (APN 029-284and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on said application on October 9 , 1990 , at which time said application was approved; WHEREAS, this matter was appealed to City Council and hearings thereon held on November 5. 1990 and January 7 1.9 91 at which time it reviewed and considered the staff report and all other written materials and testimony presented at said hearings; NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this Council that said variance is approved, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. It is further directed that a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo. Mayor I, JUDITH A.
