HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 009-1992RESOLUTION NO. 9-92 RESOLUTION APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT AND IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT 845 STANTON ROAD (APN 026-310-570) AND 1633 BAYSHORE HIGHWAY (APN 026-310-560) RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California that; WHEREAS, the owners of 845 Stanton Road (APN 026-310-570) and 1633 Bayshore Highway (APN 026-310-560) have requested that the land described in the attached Exhibit "A" be transferred from 1633 Bayshore Highway to 845 Stanton Road, resulting in the parcels as described in Exhibit "B"; and WHEREAS, the proposed transfer of land has been found to meet all city zoning and building codes subject to the construction of certain improvements: NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby RESOLVED and DETERMINED by this City Council of the City of Burlingame: 1. Pursuant to Section 66412 (d) of the Government Code the lot line adjustment as set for in Exhibits "A" and "B" is hereby approved. 2. The City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame the improvement agreement concerning said lot line adjustment, and the City Clerk shall attest his signature thereto. 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered that a certified copy of this resolution shall be recorded in the official records of the County of San Mateo. � `, 1 t VICE 0 I, JUDITH A.
