ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS - CITY PROJECT NO. (9)118
CALIF. DRIVE DIGOUT AND REPAIR
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California, and this Council does hereby find, order and
determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has
certified work done by FISK-FIRENZE-McLEAN, INC. OF
REDWOOD CITY under the terms of its contract with
the City dated OCTOBER 21, 1991, has been completed
in accordance with the plans and specifications
approved by the City Council and to the satisfaction
of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as City Project
No. (9)118.
3. Said work be and the sam
I, Judith A. Malfatti, City Clerk of the City of Burlin-
game, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
the 6th day of January , 1992, and was adopted
thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: HARRISON, KNIGHT, LEMBI, O'MAHONY,
PAGLIARO
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
