HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 017-1993RESOLUTION NO. 17-93 ESTABLISHING FEES FOR ALARM PERMITS AND FALSE ALARMS RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California that; WHEREAS, this City Council has adopted an ordinance regulating alarm systems, and WHEREAS, pursuant to said ordinance this Council is to establish fees, charges and other rules of enforcement for the implementation of said ordinance; NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Burlingame does adopt the rules and regulations outlined below and does authorize and require the collection of fees as described. Section 1 per year. Section 2 false alarms per year: 1-2 False alarms 3-5 False alarms 6 or more alarms The fee for an alarm permit shall be $25 The following charges shall be made for With permit Free $50 each $100 each MAYOR Without permit $50 each $75 each $100 each I, JUDITH A.
