AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE
TAX DEFAULTED PROPERTY
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, and this
Council does hereby FIND, ORDER and DETERMINE as follows:
1. The public interest and convenience require execution of the agreement cited in
the title above.
2. The Mayor be, and is hereby, authorized to sign said agreement for and on behalf
of the City of Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed to attest such signature.

Re: Chapter 8 Agreement Sale
Dear Mr. Argyres,
This letter will serve as notice that the agreement sale between the City of
Burlingame and the County of San Mateo did not take place as scheduled on
May 8, 1996. The assessed owners of parcel 026-290-410 redeemed the property
on May 7, 1996.
No costs have been incurred by the City for this sale and we are sorry for
any inconvenience this may have caused you.
