RESOLUTION ACCEPTING
WASHINGTON PARK IRRIGATION
CITY PROJECT NO. 9215
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER and DETERMINE
as follows:
1. The Director of Parks of said City has certified that
the work done by B & K LANDSCAPING. INC. under the terms of its
contract with the City of Burlingame dated OCTOBER 19, 1992, has
been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications
approved by this Council therefor and to the satisfaction of the
Director of Parks.
2. Said work is particularly described as #9215
WASHINGTON PARK IRRIGATION.
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.
4. The City Engineer is directed to execute and file for
record with the County Recorder notice of the completion thereof as
required by law.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
1st day of FEBRUARY ,199 3 , and was adopted thereafter
