AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF
CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
RELOCATION OF NORTHBOUND BROADWAY ON-RAMP WITH HWY. 101
CITY PROJECT NO. 8631
BE IT RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Burlingame, County of San Mateo, State of California, that it
hereby approves the cooperative agreement relating to
relocation of northbound Broadway on-ramp with Highway 101.
This agreement formalizes the ongoing review and processing of
this project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized and
directed to sign said agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Burlingame, County of San Mateo, State of California, on
JANUARY 20, 1993 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: HARRISON, KNIGHT, LEMBI, O'MAHONY, PAGLIARO
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed
this AGREEMENT on the day and year first above written.
