RESOLUTION NO. 54 -95
ORDERING AND CALLING A GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD IN
THE CITY OF BURLINGAME ON NOVEMBER 7, 1995, AND
REQUESTING COUNTY CLERK TO RENDER SPECIFIC SERVICES
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame that the General Munici-
pal Election will be held on November 7, 1995, and the Clerk shall give notice as required
by law.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of San
Mateo shall be, and is hereby requested to permit the County Clerk of San Mateo County to
render the services set forth on EXHIBIT A relating to the conduct of the General Municipal
Election to be held within said City on Tuesday, the 7th day of November, 1995, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute an agreement for such services.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that each candidate's statement in the voters pamphlet
shall be limited to 200 words in length and that the candidates shall pay the cost of printing
such statements.

foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
6th day of JULY , 1995, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
